‘Sarkari Naukri’ (Government Jobs) are the much sought after jobs in India that comes with the labels of job stability, reputation and a fixed working time. It is always considered that getting a Government job ensures job security and other facilities from the Government of India. The pay scale is reasonable with lesser work load, and apart from that facilities like working conditions, safety, provision fund, etc.acts like added features. The pay scale also increases with every pay commission and many facilities are provided to the families and children of the person who works in any Sarkari Naukri(Government Job).

How to get a Sarkari Naukri in India?

There was a time when getting into Government job was not as difficult as it is now. But today it is a big challenge to get a Government job, and that obviously has increased the competition amongst all to grab an opening. Numerous competitive exams are held which are specially designed to recruit competent, eligible candidates into the job openings, and these examinations are conducted by various departments of the Government of India. 1. Union Public Service Commission

Prevailing Condition
While the system of getting a Sarkari Naukri in India is  very competitive, but at the same time a certain section of people are responsible for defaming this sector. Cases of paying bribes to get a Government jobs are widely prevalent and then even after getting a job accepting bribe has become an unfair trend amongst many. The Government sector is looked at with despise by many people who are victims of bureaucratic red-tapism and other evils.
