TISSNET Admit Card for 2016 Exam

Tata Institute of Social Science has announced the date for the release of TISSNET Admit Card. The candidates those who have applied for the TISSNET 2016 can download their admit card on 18 and 19 December 2015. The candidates must download it and carry it to the exam hall. Without the admit card, they will not be allowed to enter the exam hall. 

The TISSNET is conducted for the admission of the candidates in various courses offered in various branches of TISS (Tata Institute of Social Science). The exam will be conducted on 9 January 2016. Candidates will need their admit card to appear in the exam. It will be available via online mode on 18 and 19 December 2015 and will also be sent to them via post as well. The candidates will have to carry their original admit card to the exam venue and get it checked every time asked by the invigilator. The admit card will be containing the candidate's and their exam details as well. These details will be as per the information provided by the candidates at the time of applying for the exam. The admit card will be containing the details such as the candidate's name, date of exam, exam venue, program applied for, exam timings, candidate's photograph, and signature, etc.

The TISSNET Admit Card will be available via online mode and will also be sent via post. The candidates those who want to download the admit card via online mode can simply follow the steps that are mentioned below.

1.First of all, the candidates need to visit the official website of the TISS.

2.On the homepage, there will be a section entitled as 'availability of the TISSNET Admit Card'. Candidates will have to click that link.

3.On clicking, they will be guided to a new page, where they will have to enter the login details which have been provided to them at the time of applying for the exam.

4.After logging in, the candidates will be able to view the link for downloading the admit card. Candidates must click on that link and the admit card will be displayed on the screen.

5.Then the candidates will have to download it and also take a print out of it as well.

After downloading the TISSNET Admit Card, the candidates must thoroughly check the details that are printed on their admit card. It is necessary to make sure that the details on the admit card are correct and need not to be changed or corrected. If required, then candidates must contact the exam officials as soon as possible and get their admit card corrected as the candidates with incorrect admit card will not be allowed to appear in the exam.

The candidates must take care of their TISSNET Admit Card as the exam center or any other official will not be responsible for the loss of admit card. It is the duty of candidates only to get their admit card corrected, in the case of requirement. They must also keep their admit card preserved even after the completion of the exam.
