The prep work

Before you wear a saree, make sure that you have enough time to find a matching blouse that would go along with it. You would also have to invest in a well-fitted petticoat so that it can drape seamlessly and look perfect through the day. Some may even go without a petticoat if the saree is made of thick material. Feel free to mix and match the blouses to suit your style preferences

Start with blouse and petticoat

Wear your blouse and petticoat. Make sure it sits on the waist. You can choose any blouse, depending upon the style and design of your saree. Some women like to wear back-open blouses while others prefer fully covered styles.

Drape the saree

Open the saree fully and then take tie the loose end of the saree to the right of your navel. Start wrapping it around your waist. Take one circle of the saree to wrap the petticoat fully around your waist. Your petticoat should be completely hidden under your saree. The loose end of the saree should come out of the left. Now tuck the saree with the petticoat to obtain the final look. Pick up the remaining chunk of the saree from under your feet and start pleating it in organized fashion. There should be at least 4-6 pleats about 5 inches each. Now the remaining piece is the pallu that needs to be brought to the front and draped across your body. There are many ways to wear a pallu, so feel to experiment with different styles.

Some other tips

-You can Buy Georgette Sarees With Border Online if you are planning to wear it for a wedding function. On informal events, women usually prefer to leave the pallu loose. However, for formal ones, it is better to go for a pleated pallu for a neater look.
-Petticoat should be tied securely around the waist. You can also look for an elasticated waist band in your petticoat.
