Every beginner should try to make at least one cake, and we know you've already experimented with various cake recipes. But have you ever attempted to bake it? If you've ever wanted to know how to create a cake in a cooker, listen up: we're about to reveal our top-secret cake-baking method. Perhaps you have always wanted to know the secret to make a quick and simple sponge cake in a pressure cooker.

The technique is the same as making a traditional cake. A cake batter mix may be prepared and baked the same way, the main difference being that the cooking takes place inside the appliance.

Make A Cooker Cake

•    The first step is to butter or oil a baking dish and put it aside. First, take a pressure cooker, remove the gasket, and whistle. Put the salt in the oven and set it over low heat. Distribute it uniformly and cover the container.

•    Mix the vanilla extract and castor sugar until smooth. You may add some oil and continue beating.

•    Whisk in the water, salt, vanilla extract, butter, and sugar before adding the liquid components.

•    Place in baking dish. (you may have noted that we did not include eggs; doing so is, of course, entirely up to you)

•    Cover the empty pressure cooker with its lid and heat it over high heat for 3–4 minutes before adding the cake tin.

•    Put the cover on (without applying pressure), reduce the heat, and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

•    Garnish with fresh blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and mint leaves, then serve immediately.

•    When using a pressure cooker, never add water.

•    Avoid the usage of a gasket (a rubber ring around the rim of the lid of your pressure cooker)

•    Always use a plate or stand at the bottom of the pressure cooker to prevent the heat from pooling.

•    Reduce heat to maintain safe cooking temperatures in the pot.

•    Be very cautious if you're using a pressure cooker for baking a cake. That's not what a range is designed for; if you don't follow the directions, you might seriously hurt yourself.

•    Your cake will be safe from a bottom burn with the help of a stand. If you don't support your cake, the base will overcook while the top remains raw. This is why you should always put a metal stand or salt/stand sand on your stove.

•    Place the lid on the cooker after inserting the cake pan inside. Get rid of the whistle; there's no need to build up pressure in the cooker. Lentils must be cooked under pressure and are often cooked in a whistle. Please leave it in the oven for a long time without disturbing it.

•    Use salt as a substitute for metal support if you need to display your work outside. Fill the cooker with two to three cups of salt. A sufficient amount of salt will keep the cake tin from contacting the base. Put the cover on and bake the cake without any more ado.

Conclusion

You read it right; a cake may be baked without an oven. Put any cake batter cooked in a stovetop or electric pressure cooker into the prepared pan. It's much simpler than you imagine.
