● Tires – Examine each tire regularly to ensure that it is adequately inflated and satisfies the tread depth DOT requirements. When temperatures decrease, the tire pressure increases, lowering fuel mileage and generating a greater chance of tire loss at high speeds. Underinflated tires can also affect weight distribution, which can cause frame, alignment, traction, steering, and braking problems.

● Brakes-Test to stop efficiency, adjustment, and performance of the air system.

● Steering System-Check for increased wheel play, indicating deterioration of the system.

● Power – test the condition of the batteries until seasons of cold & hot weather come. Make sure that the charger is adequately secured, and that the connections are tight to prevent malfunctions. In general, if its living has exceeded 72 months, drivers should look to replace their batteries.

● Mirrors and lights – Examine for clear visibility to ensure they are operable and clean, too.
