Tip to find members who speak same language as you

by Philippe Moisan Tutorial videos, sci-fi writer
Most of us have written tags in the "haves" and "wants" section.

A few weeks ago, I had a discussion with someone about adding the language, the city, province and country where I live. I did so. My first language is French, I live the Quebec province, in Quebec city, in Canada.

I just realized I could add "Quebec city" as a tag, to make it distinct from the province since they have the same name.

I invite you all to do the same. Since there could be many communities in the future for specific interests, you could ask for one about your country or language.

In my case, I would love to join a French language community, since French is the main language in my province, and it's spoken in many countries around the world, especially in Europe and Africa.

If we all have  these tags, we might discover that some members live close by. Now that would be awesome, wouldn't it? We could talk offline about APSense with people who would not look at us with question marks. LOL

What language shall I join? Some German found me. One Austrian (They speak German too) And, I'm not even sure anymore, one Swiss. But French People I didn't see on APSense. Which doesn't surprise me.

There are a few people from France. There are more from Quebec, I think. In your case, if you speak several languages, good for you, put them all :)

To get into the circle of French people (I mean people from France) it's not easy. It's normally a close-knit group. There are for sure more than only a few ones on APSense. But they will not come forward. Believe, I know it! As you know I'm half French.

I wonder if they could respect a marketer from Quebec

Well I don't know, but they would definately laugh at your French accent. That's actually the reason why French do not like to speak in another language. They laugh at everybody who doesn't speak French the way they do. So they worry other people will laugh at them when they speak a foreign language.
