Three Mukhi Rudraksha Bead:
by sunil gavaskar clan memberWhen
it comes to using sacred items for meditation and spirituality, Rudraksha
generally takes the center stage. Rudraksha comes in many forms; from one mukhi
(Face) to twenty one mukhis. Three Mukhi Rudraksha bead among all the Rudraksha
beads is best for releasing stress. Every Rudraksha bead has a ruling deity. Three
Mukhi is ruled by Agni, the Vedic deity of Fire which is one of the Five
Elements of Nature; others being Water, Air, Earth and Sky. This bead can be termed
as spiritual stress buster for it burns all of your past karmas, guilt and
repentant mood arising out of committing mistakes in ignorance. The reason is it called Three Mukhi is that it
has three seeds only. Two Mukhi has two seeds inside. Three Mukhi bead has
three beads and so on.
Shape: The shape of a One Mukhi Rudraksha bead is round.
One Mukhi bead is eye-shaped. If you see a 3 Mukhi bead from above, you would
see three lines that split the bead into three parts.
Availability: Primarily there are two places where
Rudraksha beads are grown; the Himalayan land of Nepal and Java in Indonesia. Other places include few countries in South East
Asia. Three Mukhi Rudraksha bead comes from Nepal as well as Java. Color of
Java is slightly lighter than that of Nepal.
Uses and Benefits: Often there are people who share positive
experiences after wearing the beads. However, there are others who do not agree
and share their negative experiences in order to falsify the claims of the
former. One must understand that the powers of beads do not emerge overnight. A
Rudraksha bead is not man-made but found in nature. It has its now nature of
working on the body. The most important consideration is the correct use. How
you wear that matters the most. When one picks the correct bead and properly
wears it, then only it generates results. For instance, a person who often feels
stressed, depressed guilty or repentant should wear a Three Mukhi Rudraksha
bead Why? Because this bead is ruled by Agni, the Fire god, who is described in
the Puranas as the deity who carries the offerings given in the Sacrificial
Fire to the gods for whom the Sacrifice or Homa is performed. The Fire is one
of the purest elements of Nature. It is illuminating and burns down anything
that comes in its contact. Plus the ruling planet of this bead is Sun who
drives away the darkness of guilt and repentance.
Therefore
only correct selection and proper use of that selected bead creates positive
results. Always keep in mind to consult a Rudraksha expert or healing expert
before buying the bead. First identify your problem and then select the bead.
