This Microsoft Azure Expert MSP Has Joined The 2020 INC 5000

A New York-based Microsoft Gold Certified Partner has added another feather to its cap when it was welcomed to the list of the country’s fast-rising independent firms.

The Henson Group has made it to the top 3% of the 2020 INC. 5000 on the back of the company's growth that surpassed the INC.'s average by nearly sixfold.

The Henson Group's 2,809% growth between 2016 and 2019 allowed it to capture the 132nd spot on the prestigious list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. A virtual event will be held by INC. on October 23 to 27, 2020 to honor the companies on the list.

INC. stated that this year's roster registered a three-year growth rate of 500% and a median rate of 165%. It added that the 5,000 honorees had a total revenue of $209 billion in 2019 and accounted for more than a million jobs between 2016 and 2019.

INC.'s editor-in-chief said in a statement that this year's honorees came from almost every field of business, saying that it proves that incredible growth can be achieved through "tenacity and opportunism" regardless of the sector.

Founded in 2002, the Henson Group is a managed services provider that specializes in Microsoft Azure and provides a number of services particular to the system, including migration, optimization, security, monitoring, and more.

The company is a Microsoft Azure Expert MSP Gold Certified Partner, which means that it has established a close working relationship with the software giant. It stated that it also employs many former Microsoft engineers and architects, which gives it access to knowledge not available to other providers.

The INC. 5000 is an annual list that ranks companies by overall revenue growth over a period of three years. The publication stated that to qualify, companies have to be based in the United States, privately held, and not a subsidiary of another larger firm.
