Ker Sangri-


Ker Sangri is grown in the deserts of Rajasthan, where Ker is a wild berry and sangria is a form of bean. It is cooked in oil with tinge of spices and enjoyed with Bajra Rotis. People also make pickle of Ker Sangri. This dish is unique because of its consistency and peppery taste.

Mohan Maas-


Another gem of Rajasthani food, Mohan Maas is the royal version of meat curry. The Maas/meat is cooked in milk, cream and mild spices, which infuses it with rich flavors. Mohan mass is cooked by the recipe of Royal kitchen.
