All women in their life time, at least once face the problem of irregular periods. Although, most of the time irregular periods are viewed as common woman’s health issue and ignored by women. Irregular periods can be a delayed period, early period or at a times it may be the heavy flow or lesser bleeding. In terms of menstrual cycle length, woman’s periods are considered to be irregular if bleeding starts in less than 21 days from her previous cycle, which is considered as a short cycle or in case of delayed menstrual cycle the bleeding prolonged to 35 days from previous periods.

Apart from diet woman should try to maintain healthy life style and follow proper work out regime. Not only for women with PCOS but for most of us, it is difficult to stick to our work out plan, however the best option is one can start with daily walk of few minutes in beginning and later on increase the intensity of exercise. Many believe that weight gain due to PCOS is one of the reason which make it difficult for women to conceive.
