The structure of cuplock scaffolding system
The Cuplock scaffolding consists of horizontal and vertical elements. The horizontal elements in a 48 × 2.5 mm section and the vertical elements in the 48 × 3 mm section are produced with standard tubes that are TS EN 10219-1 certified under mechanical testing.
The vertical elements of the CupLock scaffolding are manufactured with a standardized space of 50 or 100 cm. It can be combined with four horizontal elements at 90 ° from a single connection point. The cup nut made of ductile iron of the horizontal element is passed to the lower cup and the top cup is hammered by rotating with a hammer. Therefore, the horizontal elements with ironed ductile cup nut are rigidly locked in the vertical elements.
The advantages of Cuplock Scaffolding System
The height of the scaffold can be adjusted precisely with the help of the adjustment axis placed on the base and can be comfortably used on all types of rugged terrain.
The system is painted with special antioxidant paints. It can be galvanized on request.
Thanks to its high strength and load capacity, it guarantees safe use in heavy floors and high structures.
It has an extremely simple and fast installation.
It can be easily adapted to all types of projects with ease of loading, unloading, transport and storage.
The height adjustment can be easily done with a lower adjustment and higher adjustment axes.
The assembly and disassembly are done only through the hammer.
The product can be used again and again, since it does not have a part that can be lost or broken.
The lengths of the horizontal element in the Cuplock scaffolding can be produced in different dimensions depending on the loads of the floor. It can be used as an alternative to the facade scaffolding. In addition, it can be used as a mobile scaffolding tower by placing a ladder and a railing on the foundations or the facade.
The plywood is supported with wooden beams H20
or 5-10 / 10 wood on the grid according to the loads of the floor. The main
beams are placed in the four-way headers. Cuplock scaffolding slabs are
supported with diagonal elements to reinforce slab thickness, height and wind
loads.
