The slimmest smartphone with noteworthy features

Samsung was continuously trying to launch a handset that would be on the top of the mobile’s portfolio and then came up with slim but great features as Galaxy A8.  This phone has maintained the momentum of a beautiful smartphone and turned out to be the best looking device.

A design that attracts all

•     The body is of matte-finish and the back is of plastic with metal frames on the sides. These metallic edges are a bit bevelled and the user can see the flat sides. The power and the volume buttons are machined off the metal by Samsung.
  
•      The plastic that is used is of good quality and it works wonders when combined with metal design.
  
•      The fingerprint sensor of Galaxy A8 is below the display panel which is done by integrating the Home button. This physical key is flanked by two more keys like the Task-Switcher and soft-touch.
  
•      The user will find the 5MP camera, other usual sensors and the speaker grille just above the display panel.
  
•          The smartphone is designed in such away where on the back is the 16MP camera, loudspeaker and LED flash and is placed horizontally.
  
•          The phone is usually branded both on the back and the front and the left edge holds the SIM and the microSD slots.
  
•          The device is thin measuring about 5.9mm but weighs 151grams which makes the mobile the thinnest and the lightest phablet

An excellent display

•          Galaxy A8 has 5.7 Super MOLED screens with a resolution of Full HD of about (1080 x 1920) which may make the device seem a bit pale.
  
•        This handset has one of the best displays that the mobile world recently as the Super AMOLED screen ensures great contrast levels though sometimes the colours may look oversaturated.
  
•       Samsung A8 is considered to be the brightest and remarkable because the user can experience full clarity even under direct sunlight.
  

Clean software

Samsung has adopted smartphones with cleaner and trimmer UI but in the case of Samsung Galaxy A8 it is based on Android 5.1 which helps the user to get different apps, Skype apps along with Voice and music including all the utility apps. On the whole the software is very light and has a small number of preloaded apps.
