As Mumbai is growing, the demand and space for residential properties is also growing exponentially. Adding to the problem of space and populations is the skyrocketing prices of properties here, which makes it difficult for middle-class and low-income families to buy properties here. Thus, the demand for properties in regions beyond Mumbai and Thane has grown in the recent years.

The Vasai-Virar corridor is one such area which has seen an unprecedented growth in residential developments. There are ample free spaces for planned development and unlike, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), the area is free of traffic congestion. This has made it and the neighbouring areas a gold mine for real estate investors.

It has a number of entertainment spots and shopping centres in the area for the convenience and leisure of the residents. There are also a number of educational institutions and good healthcare facilities in the region.

The prices of these apartments range from Rs. 27.52 Lakh to Rs. 42.98 Lakh.
