The RhinoFlex® helps stabilize your joints for optimal mechanical joint performance

by Shally Warner Owner

A barbell, used by amateur and professional athletes, weightlifters and bodybuilders, is a simple-looking piece of gym equipment loaded with weights at each end. Handling the equipment is not as easy and as simple as it looks - it requires a proper technique to lift the bar through a wide range of exercises and movements. The barbell is typically used for 4 major exercises in the gyms - squats, deadlift, overhead press, and bench press.

The best thing about the barbell exercise is that it exercises multiple
groups of muscles simultaneously. It can be used to replace all other forms of exercising that are aimed at strengthening different parts of the body.

Tremendously effective for amateur and pro-athletes, sports-minded people, casual fitness folks and physical therapy applications, the RhinoFlex barbell is excellent for training the mind and the body to balance, coordinate and work all muscles together and cohesively to carry out any physical action. The RhinoFlex barbell also improves the endurance level of the neuro-muscular system of the body and improves coordination.

What is the RhinoFlex®?

RhinoFlex® has been created by the owner/developer of BandBell, Jim Seitzer, and is a patented, proprietary invention designed with the purpose of make all the muscle groups of the body, large and small, perform optimally while keeping all the joints healthy and injury-free.

The RhinoFlex® bar weightlifting is fast becoming a more natural choice for fitness freaks, Crossfit, athletic trainers, personal trainers, Olympic athletes and all other sports. Meant not only for the bench press, but it's also extremely effective for squats, triceps extensions, deadlifts, shoulder press, rowing, lunges, cardio and more. What makes this equipment highly functional is that it can quite easily and conveniently take over from the traditional barbell exercises that people indulge in gyms, training facilities, athletic centers and home gyms.

Some characteristics of the RhinoFlex® bar -

  • Is made from carbon fiber, a composite resin material, ceramics and poly-rubber materials.

  • Works with any Olympic weights.

  • Most importantly, the RhinoFlex® causes activation of stabilizing muscles around the joints so the joints function optimally for perfect mechanical performance.

  • Optimal joint performance comes from activating the stabilizing

  • muscles in the joints as the person uses the RhinoFlex® bar.

  • Weightlifting enables the joints to stabilize and perform better to the maximum capability of the body.

Unlike the standard steel barbell, it does not lead to trauma, pain or injury in the joints and the muscles. The bar also increases joint mobility, range of motion and flexibility because of the increased muscle tone and strength.

How does the RhinoFlex® bar work?

With every repetition, the RhinoFlex bar flexes a little. This flexion alerts the nervous system and causes stabilizer muscle activation (rotator cuff) for better joint mechanics and range of motion. It also causes the central nervous system (CNS) to improve coordination between the small stabilizing muscles and the larger primary muscles. This, in turn, helps the joints and the muscles of the shoulders, hips, and knees to get used to the stabilization of the effect, making them stronger and sturdier.

Like a standard barbell, the RhinoFlex bar can also be easily loaded with iron plates of all sizes and locked into position on the rubber sleeves following a clamping style collar. The bar is very well-made, extremely durable and cleverly designed to hold the iron plates in place.
