The reason for marking on end product steel pipe

There is no doubt that we can see special symbol on each kind of end product steel pipe whether you are seamless steel pipe, ERW steel pipe or galvanized steel pipe. They would be shown like the following picture:

Why?

There are some main reasons for the marking on steel pipe:

First, benefiting of product identification. We can improve the brand awareness and logo by marking the product with special logo, brand and trademark logo.

Second, the need for product tracking records. We know that we should make sure the product has batch number, frequency, production date and printed date which would make every category of product has a good trace-ability.

Third, preventing counterfeiting is also necessary. With different marking skill, it would be better for the identification for customers as well as suppliers.
