The Real Estate Scene in Neemrana-Behror

The real estate market in India has undergone drastic changes for the past few years. As it ensures good returns over the time the demand for homes are on the rise. Today Neemrana in Rajasthan has become a hot destination for real estate investment.

Even years ago Neemrana was a tourist spot for its historical fort that has been turned into a hotel and its scenic beauty. It is located in Delhi-Jaipur highway NH8 and is only 122 kms away from Delhi. This ancient town is also a part of the NCR region which has made it a prime real estate destination for home buyers. Another advantageous fact about this place is that it is also a part of Delhi- Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC). A cargo airport is also proposed near the region to help in cargo transportation for the industries. Rajasthan State Industrial and Investment Corporation (RIICO) efforts to make this region an industrial hub have paid off. Many Japanese firms have established their agencies in this area which have brought a great impact on the development of Neemrana. RIICO has allocated 303 acre to 22 Japanese companies so far. The best thing is that now many Indian and other international companies are being attracted to this industrial zone.

Due to this industrial growth in the region employment opportunities have increased, which has in turn increased the demand for homes. Predicting a good future of this area many real estate companies have started housing and township projects. Many developers in Neemrana and Behror are coming up with projects on the lines of affordable luxury to reach the common masses. Besides housing complexes and townships even plotted lands are available which is expected to provide great returns in the near future.

The Rajasthan Government is developing a Global City on 40,000 acre on Shahjanpur-Neemrana- Behror area which is said to house almost 1 million people. This project will have Med-City, Knowledge city, cyber city, entertainment hub, bio-diversity Park, world trade city and a SEZ city. This Global city will prove to be a boon for both the real estate companies and the home buyers. Many big real estate companies are associated with this project selling luxurious properties at affordable prices.

Besides growing as an industrial hub and its strategic location, Neemrana is also emerging as an educational hub which also gives people another good reason to invest in this region. 38 universities have received approval to establish their institution in this historic region. Educational institutes like NIIT, Raffles, School of Aeronautics, and Rai University are already in operation. Many residential schools are also coming up in this industrial zone. With so many things happening in Neemrana people are expected to get good returns on real estate investment.

Neemrana is today being considered the hub for real estate as it would grow into another big city in the coming years.
