The new Mercedes-Benz G500 replaced new engine listed on January 15

The new models changes greatly in power, the current model is equipped with 5.5L naturally aspirated V8 engine, the new G500 is equipped with 4.0T twin-turbocharged V8 engine, the engine's maximum power of 422 horsepower (310kW), peak torque of 610 Nm, compared to the current increased by 34 horsepower and 80 Nm, the gearbox uses 7-speed automatic gearbox.

Star diagnose tools including Mercedes Star Diagnose C3 and Star Diagnose C4 with the latest Xentry software. The Xentry version for Mercedes Star Diagnose C3 is 9.2014, because Xentry does not supports Star C3 after 9.2014.The Xentry version for Mercedes Star Diagnose C4 (SD connect) is 9.2015.
