2) No physical activity
Even thin people who have passive lifestyle say they are not comfortable with their own bodies. Thin does not always healthy, but in 99 of 100 cases, that is a thin person healthier than the overweight. Because of this, it's a good idea to find something that suits you and just go for it, whether it be walking, cycling, jogging, playing football with friends or work out at the gym.
You must not run the marathon or torture yourself in the gym every day to lose weight. But if you want to lose weight fast so it is good to be more active than less.
