The choosing of tundish nozzle

There are many kinds of tundish nozzles, customers should choose based on their practical needs, mainly refer to the following two factors:

1.The service life of tundish lining. For example, if the tundish lining can only be used for 2 hours, the service life of tundish nozzle should be 2 hours top, because tundish nozzle can not be used again once the production stops;

2.Whether the work is continuous or not. If few malfunction happens in the steel plant, the work is mostly continuous, we can choose tundish nozzle with higher service life; if there are a lot of malfunction or the induction furnaces are no enough to make the work continuous, short service life tundish nozzles would be better, in which way the cost can be reduced.
