For those looking for more quiet time, isolated beaches can be found in any of its numerous islands. The two most popular beaches in The Bahamas are Cabbage Beach and Paradise Beach.

Aside from its beaches, popular destinations in the islands are the Lucayan National Park which offers spelunking and coral exploration; and Fort Charlotte military site, built in the 18th century. Here you can take a stroll and view the moat, the dungeons, and the drawbridge. For avid mariners, The Bahamas boasts of a state-of-the art, full-service yacht marina with fuel dock.
