The Starving Artist Project considers established artists as Posing Heroes, who are invited to attend their Getty Images press portrait sessions. By participating, Posing Heroes help struggling artists to get the photography they need to advance their careers. To be a Posing Hero with the Starving Artists Project, and join such stars as comedian, actor, musician and television/film producer Andy Dick, actress Maitland Ward of Boy Meets World and The Bold and the Beautiful, and Actress and Writer Rachel McCord, is “truly humbling and a honor for me”, said teen triple threat Xavier, and to work with such a fun professional team, was a “memorable, uplifting experience”.
Also on hand for The Starving Artist Project shoot were Recording artist Amber Marie, Actor David Scott, Host/reporter Giselle Claudino, Actor Colton Shires, Actress Saige Ryan Campbell, Actress Khalilah Joi, Musician Lisa Morland, Actress Nicole Brandon, and Shea Scott Edwards.
Special thanks to Makeup artist Mirta Tellez, Jade Martinez, Nicole Douthitt and celebrity hairstylist Daniel P. Gravel founder and creator of DG Salon. While in L.A., Xavier also joined Nikki Rich, a TMZ correspondent and CEO/Host of the Nikki Rich Show, for an amazing, one-on-one breakfast meeting. Rich, who also reports on various shows for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), has interviewed such notables as celebrity life coach Iyanla Van Zant, Jeopardy! game show host Alex Trebek, chart-busting singer Ceelo Green, and is scheduled to appear on a new Master P segment on the OWN Network, had some sound career advice for Xavier, who says his sit-down with Ms. Rich was definitely “time well spent”. Always on the move, it was straight to LAX for Xavier, where a flight back to NYC awaited.
After landing at JFK, Xavier was whisked to a sold-out midnight performance in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn to wind up his pre-holiday activities. Looking forward, Xavier continues to thrill his fans on the WWOR-TV series, Ride With Me, now in its third season, and he’s preparing for the widely-anticipated release of his next single, Ballin’, scheduled for February 2016. While shooting the video for this song at the YMCA, where he included local youths in the Stroudsburg, PA area, he was interviewed by News Channel 13. The coming New Year will bring more songs, new tours, and greater accomplishments for Xavier, whose fans are growing by the hour. For this Bossed Up Management/Global Marketing & Entertainment artist, this new year will be a year to never forget.
