by DAVIS BROWN PRC Agency

An article covering the subject of 'Tanssikoulu Tampere introduces Bachata Tampere, Salsa Tampere, Dancehall Tampere and Bollywood tanssi' entitled 'Tanssikoulu Tampere introduces Bachata Tampere, Salsa Tampere, Dancehall Tampere and Bollywood tanssi' has now been released and published by https://www.houseofdance.fi/, an authority website in the Dance School niche. The article brings to light fascinating information, and especially for Learning a new skill means you are also training your brain to learn something new. When you learn something new and you are able accomplish even the smallest step, that gives you tons of confidence. I can vouch for that because i have never learnt swimming and i was always afraid of water ( so i told myself last year that i am going to learn swimming). When i first learned how to float i had so much confidence that it was shown in my dance classes and also in regular life.

GREAT! You may feel silly the first several times but the more that you dance, the greater your confidence will be. Trust me i have been teaching dance over 15 years and i know that people are always focusing on themselves. they don’t have the time to look at other as they are focusing on learning the dance for themselves. 2. Social development Participating in dance classes and performances allows individuals to work with others which will prepare them for future relationships, both personal and professional. Social fundamentals enhanced in dance classes include team exploration; communication; camaraderie; cooperation; responsibility; tolerance; respect for peers, teachers, mentors and elders; problem solving; and patience. For me personally this is my favourite part as you develop team spirit and you learn to do things as a group. There is a saying “Team work makes Dreams work” , this has been the case in my professional career as a dancer and instructor. Close up portrait of woman embracing herself

3. Self improvement and Self-empowerment Dancing can be a group effort but at the same time, individual exploration is paramount as everyone progresses at different rates. Dancers flourish with regard to focus, concentration, determination, perseverance, persistence, self-discipline, strong work ethic, sense of accomplishment, self-esteem and confidence. Likewise dancing cultivates self-awareness, listening skills, accuracy, open mindedness, time management skills, reasoning skills, and problem solving skills. “THERE IS NOTHING NOBLE IN BEING SUPERIOR TO YOUR FELLOW MAN; TRUE NOBILITY IS BEING SUPERIOR TO YOUR FORMER SELF.” ― ERNEST HEMINGWAY - If you are willing to make a change to improve your determination, perseverance and hard work and dance might be the answer to all of this.

4. Fitness and Health This is one of the biggest benefits of lessons that often go unnoticed or unmentioned. You are using all of the muscles in your body when dancing and it is a great way to get fit. It is a great exercise for people from all walks of life and all age groups. It requires strength and cardio fitness giving you a complete workout. With so many different styles available and some dance studios now having poles, you can make your workout fun and stay fit and healthy without a boring gym session.

5. You improve balance, posture and co-ordination Dancing is exercise so, naturally, it will assist in strengthening your bones and muscles. As your strength increases, you will have more energy to continue dancing. Your increased level of physical activity and exercise can help prevent illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease and reduce the risk of osteoporosis as your bones become stronger.Because dance lessons improve your strength and fitness you will immediately be better prepared physically. However, one of the biggest benefits is that you are teaching your body to move in more unique ways and to move instinctively and freely. This can be very beneficial for your sport as you become lighter on your feet and more agile helping you to get away from your opponents or reach the ball you couldn’t get before. Dancing helps your body to improve your balance, agility, coordination and responsiveness. If you go to class the teacher will teach you how to improve the position of the body, arms, legs…he will also teach you how to step correctly and lift your head and shoulders holding down verticality. With all this you will improve your posture both in dance and in your life.
