Sushi restaurant Montreal- for getting your favourite Sushi

by Peter Tomar Internet Marketing Manager
The Japanese cuisine is the favourite of most of the people. It is based on white-rice along with some soup, sauté or slightly fried veggies & fish or pickled veggies. The aim is to promote the seasonal and traditional ingredients. Japanese don’t like mixing the flavours which aren’t supposed to be mixed. That is why their food is served in separate places or at least separated by some leaves. Out of all traditional cuisines of Japan, Sushi is the most comman one. Still, the sheer varieties & the delicate nuance of Japanese cuisines might confuse the new comers. There are a lot of restaurants which offer Sushi and other collection of the Japanese cuisine which lets you understand and taste the real thing. The craze of Japanese cuisines is such that almost all the countries have restaurants offering Japanese cuisine. You will find at least one Restaurant Sushi Montreal in every country. Any good Restaurant Sushi Montreal will offer you all varieties of Japanese cuisines. The Japanese cuisines generally have:

Nigiri- small balls of rice served with shell fish, fish, etc on top of it. There’re unlimited varieties of Nigri Zushi. Some comman varieties include tuna, eel, shrimp, squid, fried egg and octopus.

Sashimi- it is sliced raw-fish which is served without rice.

Wasabi- it is also called the Japanese Horseradish & has a very strong flavour. Its root is commonly utilised as condiment and crushed into a paste.

Maki- it is a generalised name given to rolls. These rolls can be prepared with a huge number of fillings that can either be vegetarian or non vegetarian. Its shape also varies from horizontal, cylindrical, to shape of a cone.

Teriyaki- this is basically a technique of cooking in which the food is either boiled or grilled while it is marinated. The marinade generally has sugar & soy-sauce.
