Sushant's father sues Riya Chakraborty

Sushant Singh Rajput's father KK Singh has lodged an FIR against Sushant's girlfriend Riya Chakraborty in Patna . A case has been filed against Riya Chakraborty under sections relating to abetment of suicide and cheating money.

Famous film actor Sushant Singh Rajput has a new twist in the suicide case. KK Singh, father of Sushant Singh Rajput, has filed a criminal case against Sushant's girlfriend Riya Chakraborty at Rajiv Nagar police station in Patna. Talking to ANI, IG Sanjay Singh of Patna Central Zone said that Riya has been booked in various sections including abetment of suicide and fraud of money.

In the FIR, there are serious allegations against Riya Chakraborty and her family. It has been alleged in the FIR that Riya Chakraborty cheated Sushant Singh , grabbed his money, threatened to ruin his career and completely separated him from the family. Sushant's father also said that he does not trust the investigation going on in Mumbai, that is why he wants the Patna police to investigate the matter.

Let me tell you what Sushant's father has written in the FIR: -

My son Sushant was on the highs of the acting world till 2019. At the same time, a girl named Riya Chakraborty, along with her family and others, started to get acquainted with my son Sushant Singh under a well-planned conspiracy, so that he could establish himself in the acting world by taking advantage of good contacts of Sushant Singh. . He could clear hands on crores of crores of rupees. Due to this conspiracy, Riya and her family Indrajit Chakraborty, Sandhya Chakraborty, Shovik Chakraborty grew closer with my son and all of them started interfering in my son's every matter. The house where my son lived, got rid of the house saying that there is a ghost haunted in this house and it has affected my son's mind.

It is further written in the FIR: -

My son wanted to leave the film line and start an organic farming business in Kerala , which his friend Mahesh was willing to go to with him. Riya then protested that you will not go anywhere. If you do not listen to me, I will give your medical report to the media and tell everyone that you are crazy. When Riya felt that Sushant was not accepting her and his bank balance was also very low.

On this, Riya thought that Sushant was no longer of any use to her, so Riya who was living with Sushant on 08.06.20 had a lot of goods , money, jewelery, laptop, password, credit card, from Sushant's house. His PIN number, containing important documents of Sushant, went with all the medical papers and blocked my son's phone number from his phone. After this, Sushant called my daughter and told that Riya would trap me somewhere. She has left with a lot of goods from here. She has gone to threaten me that if you do not listen to me, I will open all your treatment papers in the media and say that you have gone mad. You will not get any further work and you will be ruined.

After this, on the night of 08 / 09.06.20, the direction which Riya had appointed as temporary secretary near Sushant, he committed suicide. Due to which my son tried a lot to contact Riya, but Riya had blocked my son's phone number. Therefore, he could not be contacted. Inside my son was afraid that Riya might hold him responsible for this suicide.

Significantly, Sushant Singh Rajput had committed suicide in his flat in Mumbai on 14 June . Since then, investigation in the case is going on.
