Hebei Meishen Technology Co.,LTD as the largest magnesium oxide exporter enterprise, found a series of problems, especially in quotas, which is a big obstacle to influence domestic magnesium oxide exporting.

At present, when China commodity inspection bureau and Customs make identification for chemical pure magnesium oxide which is not need the export quotas, simply to require the content of more than 98% in the product. But actually chemical pure magnesium oxide as a kind of fine chemicals, foreign users have a verities of requirements for the content, some of them are 90%~95%, meanwhile it has a need of certain amount of magnesium hydroxide and magnesium carbonate. Harmful impurities of iron, calcium, chloride and hydrochloric acid insolubles content as low as possible, the total content of less than 2%. The western method of brine production process can completely meet these requirements. That is to say, if there is a requirement of magnesium oxide content above 98%, then it can not meet the demand of other specifications, which is not conform to the chemical synthesis magnesium oxide production and market application of actual situation. Simply to have the rules of MGO content 98%, will have a limit to export for mostly chemical synthesis of magnesium oxide.

On this basis, Meishen Technology Co.,LTD had put forward, better and more reasonable to modified the export quotas, in order to promote the magnesium oxide domestic enterprises enter into international market preferably.
