Stakes Sees Change of Hands in Honda Siel

On August 10, 2016, 2,00,500 shares of Honda Siel Power Products had been bought by Reliance Mutual Fund bought at Rs 1,215 on the NSE. However, Reliance Capital Trustee Co Ltd A/c MF also bought 1,28,400 shares at Rs 1,215. On Wednesday, Honda Siel share price closed at Rs 1,214.95, down by Rs 34.80, or 2.78 percent on the NSE.

From among 1.01 crores share, India promoters hold 1% while foreign promoters hold 66.67% of the shares. The FII and DII institutions have 1.04% and 2.94% of shareholding respectively, while the remaining 28.36% is owned by others. Among the retail holders, Honda Motors is the highest stakeholder with 66.67% of the stakes while the other stakeholders with 1% or above holdings are Reliance Capital (1.32%), Param Capital (1.25%), Alchemy India (1.04%), Parsoon Harshad Bhatt (1%), Jaya Harshad Bhatt (1%) and Usha International Limited (1%) are the well known names.

The stock was last traded at Rs. 1215.15. Honda Siel share price touched its 52-week high Rs 1,420 and 52-week low Rs 1,052 on 29 December 2015 and 08 September 2015, respectively. The total traded volume of the stock for yesterday is 2,23,554 with the trading value of Rs. 2,716.90.
