Sports Betting Systems for Risk Takers

by Dave Doggett Business Development Manager

A betting strategy or a betting system is a planned approach to sports gambling in hopes of winning a tournament. It could be helpful if one wishes to extend his betting experience with the amount of digital funds he or she has in a Bitcoin Wallet. Let’s face the fact, it is nearly impossible to beat the house edge of an online sportsbook in the long run.

Following a betting system could be really helpful if you add your confidence and luck to the equation. And these systems are really effective if you’re a casual gambler, or you wish to shorten your betting journey because you have other plans in life. There are no proven sports betting statistics which states that these betting systems can be used in the long run, after all. But if you want to try something new and prolong your journey, by all means, try one.

SPORTS BETTING SYSTEMS

  1. Martingale Betting System - Martingale one of the most common and effective betting systems because it is a time-tested method that became popular in 18th-century France. The main idea is you have to alter your bet every time you win and double your bet every time you lose so that your next win will recover the previous losses and will win a profit the same as your original bet.

  1. Parlay Betting System - This one might be effective in the long run if you use it properly. It is one of the less risky types of betting systems and the most effective sports usage of this is on horse racing. The parlay suggests that you only bet with small amounts of money until you win. Your winnings should be used on your next bet or keep it as an investment.

  1. D’Alembert Betting System -  D’Alembert was named after the French mathematician Jean-Baptiste le Rond d’Alembert so like Martingale, it is one of the oldest betting systems and probably one of the simplest ones too. In this one, you raise your bet on every loss and decrease it on every win.

  1. Paroli Betting System -  Paroli is a positive progression system and sometimes called as the reverse Martingale system. In Paroli, you have to increase your bet every time you win, rather than every time you lose. The advantage of this is when you’re lucky on a certain day, you’ll double your entire bankroll instantly.

  1. 50% Betting System - Like Paroli, it is a positive progression system. The idea is simple, if you win a bet, increase your next bet by 50%. And if you lose, start from the initial amount you bet on the very first round.
