Sodium Acetate Anhydrous, CAS# 127-09-3, is a sodium salt of acetic acid manufactured through chemical synthesis, available as white powder. Sodium Acetate Anhydrous is widely used as preservatives. It is widely accepted as safe food preservative in many countries with E number E262.
