Get asleep at least 6 to 8 hours in a day is a really useful task for our emotional, physical and mental well being. It is very important to take enough quality of sleep at the right time. The way you are behaving next day at the time of awake is totally depend upon how you sleep last night. May be many of the people don’t know the importance of sleeping in our life. But really, every person has to be aware about the importance of sleeping in our daily life. At the time of asleep all the metabolic activities takes place in our body. Sleep deficiency affect adversely on our body. It raises risk for some chronic health diseases. It can also affect on our thinking, behavior of working, learning and even how we react with others. Sleep in a good manner helps brain to work properly. When we are sleeping our brain is preparing for the next day that how we will work, learn and react. A good night’s sleep helps to be more creative and active. It enhance your learning power even not in study but also in other task. You can make decision very fast and pay attention.

 

Lets talk about the emotional well being, the teenagers and youngsters who are sleep deficient face problems with others. They may feel angry and impulsive more. Their mood swings easily, feel depressed and demotivated even not able to pay attention on any task. Sometimes emotionally depression get worst. So for emotionally strongness it is very important to take sleep in a right manner.

 

Physical well being is also a very big task in our life. A better sleep is also help in physical well being. At the time of sleep metabolic activities taking place which include healing and repair of heart and blood vessels. Regular lack of sleep may cause heart diseases, kidney diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes and etc. It also increase obesity which is main reason of many kind of diseases in our body. It is also maintain the hormones of felling hungry and full.  Hormone Gehrlin is for feeling hungry and leptin for full, so when you are in lack of sleep then your gehrlin hormone goes increase and leptin goes down. It means you feel more hungry at that time, which increases calories and of course obesity will cause. Sleep deficiency affects your immune system. So it is very necessary to have a better sleep in a day.
