Single Window Clearance to Communication Maststhrough SACFA –NOCAS Integration

Ministry of Civil Aviation and Ministry of Communications and IT has integrated the Standing Advisory Committee on Radio Frequency Allocation (SACFA)’ s online application server and Airports Authority of India’s NOC Application System (NOCAS) server to facilitate the Telecom Operators, Broadcasters and other Wireless users to obtain expeditious clearance from SACFA Secretariat and AAI.

 Earlier AAI was processing the mast applications for height clearance manually and was sending NOC letter to SACFA.To streamline the NOC procedure, AAI has implemented online NOC Application System (NOCAS) in April 2011. The Telecom Operators, Broadcasters and other Wireless users were required to apply separately to SACFA Secretariat and AAI.
