Make a preparation of phenolic condensation compound, mix alkylphenol, sodium hydroxide and water together and melt it with heat, keep the it's temperature between 50-60°C for chemical reaction for 4 hours, and then cool it down to 40-50°C and add diluted hydrochloric acid to neutralize it.

Grind the Gum Rosin into powder, heat it up to be melted and then stir it, when the temperature up to 150-160°C, mix the melted rosin with maleic anhydride, and then heat it up to 190-200°C for chemical reaction for 1 hour.

Drop the phenolic condensation compound it to the melted gum rosin and heat them up to 230-240°C, add pentaerythritol and magnesium oxide into it for further reaction for 1 hour, and then raise it's temperature up to 270-280°C.
