They know that if you are unhappy with their work, you can drive down to their offices and complain instead of just giving you a call or sending an email. To keep a good reputation, they have to stand by their work.
Clearly, it is probably not a good idea to hire a non-local company to work on your warehouse overhead door. But what if the company offers quality warehouse maintenance solutions? Well, the whole point of not hiring anyone who is not local is to avoid potential frauds or companies that provide substandard quality of work. If the company has years of experience in the market, has an amazing portfolio, and is reasonably priced, there is no reason why you should leave them just because they are a couple of extra miles away.
