Having come from an extensive line of veterans and serving herself, Patterson-Beach relocated to the Surprise area in 2005 making it home for her own growing family. After a few years in corporate management and public relations, she eventually turned to Real Estate to explore an exciting new field and challenge her already sharp negotiation skills.

Since she entered the world of Real Estate, Patterson-Beach has established herself as an expert among her peers and received a number of awards for her sales numbers. Prior to working in real estate, Patterson-Beach served as a Psychological Operations Specialist with the 82nd Airborne at Ft.
