Self Development-Adding Colors to the monotonous lives!

by Reeny Carvotta Business Coaching Australia
Self-development is a bantered word, and is nothing but making your well being by adding colors to your so-called monotonous and routine day-to-day lifestyle. Stress and strain has become part & partial of everybody’s life nowadays as If it gives us some credence.

Women are often overloaded with variety of day-to-day tasks and especially the ones working from home. It becomes very daunting and challenging or such women to manage life and juggle all the day-to-day activities they are called to manage.   There seems to be a sense of helplessness sometimes with a complaint every now and then wishing is was different.   To avoid or tackle such lifestyle changes, you need to have self-care and become aware, and incorporate it into your life.  To nurture yourself first.

With the focus on making ends meet Self Development takes a step back. This ignorance is not bliss and in the end can cause illness with reversals spirally down to the exact opposite of becoming broke, divorced, out of work, and  out of luck.

Incorporate it into your life. Here are  some of the ways by which you can revive, rejuvenate, or add color a hectic sometimes overwhelming lifestyle:

  • Exercise for half an hour on a daily basis and possibly find a companion which helps in maintaining a strict if not a mandatory routine. Yoga can be a better alternative for middle or old aged people. You can exercise or do yoga at your own home without going to any fitness center or yoga center.
  • Brushing your teeth for twice a day is good for your oral health but doing this is total presence.
  • Deepen your knowledge. Spare some time for reading your favorite books,  novels, watching movies, TV programs, listening to pleasing and soothing music, playing musical instruments of your choice, playing or indulging in any indoor games, chatting with pals on cell phones or on internet etc.
  • You can cycle to the work keeping yourself in good health for sure.
  • You can indulge in swimming once in a week or so which is considered to be one of the best exercises.

We are a serious process that requires learning, patience and determination. We also includes activities that tend to improve identity and awareness, build human strength, facilitate employ ability, improve quality of life and achieve aspirations and dreams. It may also include practice and study focusing on relationships, career, education, happiness, health, spirituality and productivity.

Self-improvement can help us make positive changes in all aspects of life.

“As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world - that is the myth of the atomic age - as in being able to remake ourselves.”
― Mahatma Gandhi

We are personal  where you can have the drive to achieve success. In this, We can further be improved by clear thought and focus.  Working and prioritizing what is working for you is necessary before just going out for what you most desire.

It would also be helpful to evaluate and define what you truthfully desire separately to just seeking more.   The journey of it is really a long and challenging process, and that is why it is important that you are familiar with different aspects concerning what real it means, to have a clearer understanding of why it is as equally important to what we most aspire.

So, why would you not incorporate Self Development in your life? Bring into the equation of space from your demanding and tight schedule. Time will appear only if you keep aside some time or else it will not happen on its own.

Becoming aware is really, what it is about. Sometime facing what really stands in our paths to greater joy and fulfillment is only to make a choice to take the easier path rather than the struggle.
