The company was first established on January 24, 2000 under the name PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa domiciled in Bogor Regency as stipulated in the Deed of PT Selaras Citra Nusantara No.12 dated January 24, 2000 made before Sukawaty Sumadi, SH, Notary in Jakarta.

This deed of establishment was approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree No. C-22840 HT.01.01.TH.2000 dated October 20, 2000 and has been registered in the Register of Companies in accordance with Law No. 3 of 1982 concerning Mandatory Registration of Companies in the West Jakarta Company Registration Office under No. 0902157206186 dated June 13, 2001 ("Deed of Establishment").

The latest amendment to the Company's Articles of Association in the context of adjusting to Regulation No. IX.J.1; and OJK Regulation No. 33/2014 is as stipulated in the Deed of the Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa No. 22 February 21, 2020, made before Fathiah Helmi, S.H., Notary in Jakarta, and has earned Menkumham's approval in accordance with his Decree No. AHU-0018945.AH.01.02.T 2020 year 4 March 2020 and has been registered in the SABH database under No. AHU-AH.01.03-0121713 dated March 4, 2020 and both of them have been registered in the Register of Companies under No. AHU-0043720.AH.01.11. 2020 on March 4, 2020 ("Deed No. 22/2020".

Company's business activities have not changed at the time of its establishment till present.

As of date of issuance of this Prospectus, Company's main business activities are the Household Electric Appliances Industry, Household Electrothermal Equipment Industry, Heating Equipment Industry and the Household Non-Electricity and Wholesaling of Household Equipment and Supplies.
