She is one of the most sought-after dancers all over Haryana. Though born in Rohtak Haryana in a middle-class family on September 25, 1990, she is very famous not only in Haryana but in Punjab, Western UP and Delhi as well.

She completed her primary studies in her hometown but the art of dancing beckoned her and she took it as her career. She has formed her own dance group called 'Aurkestra group' and her group is on top of the charts now. She has now become popular all over North India. 

According to Sapna Chaudhary, this popularity did not come easily and she slogged and led a difficult life for reaching this enviable stage. Her father died when she was 12. She took the reins of her family and worked hard. That is the reason she thinks she deserves every ounce of her success. Since she has always been fond of singing and dancing, she pursued them as her career and also as the means to run her family. In fact, singing and dancing have always been her passion. Her passion alone has taken her to such great heights.

No one knew about her till she released her song, "Solid Body", on the you tube. The song was so popular that millions of people watched the video and within a few days, she became a star and was popular in Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi and Punjab.

Her life had never been easy. There were several controversies, mainly due to the fact that she belonged to the Dalit community. It is said in one of her songs, she ridiculed two Dalit castes due to which investigations were initiated against her. It is said that she attempted suicide also but timely treatment saved her from the jaws of death.

She emphatically says that several artists had performed the same song but they were not blamed then. But she was singled out and was hounded. She received several offensive comments on her Facebook Page that forced her to take the extreme step.

These controversies notwithstanding, Sapna has become highly popular throughout North India. She has sung and performed and has come out with more than 20 hit songs. With her tall and pretty figure and immense talent, she continues to captivate the hearts of millions of her fans all over India.
