Galaxy Z Fold 2 is an upcoming foldable smartphone by Samsung. At the virtual event by Samsung on Wednesday, they unveiled some high-end, high-price smartphones and accessories. Galaxy Z Fold 2 is part of their announcement, which is the successor of the Galaxy Fold that was released in 2019. 

There were some issues in the previous generation foldable smartphone. But after some time, Samsung has introduced a smaller version of the folding phone, Z Flip. 

It is looking like Samsung will stick to its idea of launching a folding smartphone. Currently, foldable smartphones will be expensive gadgets, and it might be hard for the company to sell its smartphones. But Samsung is ready for launching this product with 5G support. Now, every smartphone company is heading towards the smartphone that supports the 5G network. Even Samsung unveiled Ultra-large-screen, 5G supported Note 20 smartphones in their event. 

Samsung has good news for those who are eagerly waiting for the launch of a new foldable smartphone by them. The company assures that they will not compromise on the quality of their upcoming foldable smartphone. Here are five things that they will give with their upcoming smartphone:

Dust ‘Sweepers’ Hinge

In the original folding smartphone, the hinge is very delicate. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 is entirely re-designed. The hinge of this smartphone contains tiny brushes that clean the sand, dust, and other particles and prevent the breaking of the screen.

Improved Bending Glasses

Samsung said that the screen of the Z fold 2 would be made with the special glass, which is thinner than a human hair. It will create a suitable balance between strength and flexibility. But there is no information regarding its durability. 

Larger or Full-Screen Front Display

If you see the original fold screen when it is closed, then you will find that the screen is so small. It is totally pointless to have a small display. The upgraded version will have a 6.2-inches front screen, which is quite good. If the front screen is fully functional, then it will prove a better deal for the users. 

5G Support

Samsung can’t afford to launch an expensive smartphone without 5G support. Most of the smartphone companies are releasing their smartphones with the 5G network compatibility.

Samsung launched its first foldable smartphone as the ultra-premium device, but the products need more marketing. For creating the buzz among the buyers, Samsung will endorse their upcoming foldable smartphone from the K-pop superstar, BTS.

There is no information regarding the price of this product. Samsung won’t say anything regarding the price of Galaxy Z Fold2 until first September. On this day, Samsung will launch the technical specifications, and there are chances that they allow the users to pre-order their upgraded version of a foldable smartphone.
