Rules of Renewing Driving License

In RTO there are certain rules and regulations are there to provide the driving license. There are certain steps and procedures are involved in the process of application form of driving license and also you can able to know its status. Here one can also able to duplicate their original driving license if theft or lost. Here also renewal process of the driving license is also takes place to take the further steps.

According to the government rules no one are allowed to run a two wheeler or four wheeler or any other vehicle without the valid driving license. Having a driving license, is a best proof for the person to drive the vehicle considered as an authorized persons. After getting the driving license, it is valid for the particular period of time. If the expiration date has come means, then the user must renew their driving license.

Procedure of renewing driving license in RTO:

·         The driving license holder must renew their lice after the expiry date.

·         Before the one month expiration of the license date, you must submit an application form of asking the renewal of your driving license to the RTO.

·         If the license date has been expired more than 5 years means then at that time, user could not able to renew their driving license which has expired for 5 years. At that time, the applicant must again go for the starting stage to apply for the new license.

·         If the application for renewal is provided before the expiry date means, then you can get your renewed driving license with the effect from the date of the valid application that you have provided to the process of effecting.

·         If the application is provided after the expiry date means then fine will be charged for the each month of Rs. 30/-.

Each and every people must have a driving license because it is necessary whenever they are going for a long travel and riding the vehicle. If you are driving a vehicle without a driving license, then at that time if you get caught by the police means then they will put you fine or even you also have a chance of getting arrested by the police.

Documents for renewal:

·         Original driving license of the user.

·         Application form number 9 must be filled.

·         Fee must be submitted.

When duplicate license needed?

·         If the license is lost or theft.

·         Proof of the license is destroyed.

Documents to get duplicate license:

·         LLD form based on the application.

·         If the applicant is having the original license means then it must be submitted.

·         Photocopies of users lost driving license photocopy if available.

·         Fee as per the charges applied.
