As a local performer in New York City and Westchester County NY, she has built a reputation as a singer that is poised, professional and can fill up a venue. Fans say that "although she is a young girl, she has an old soul." Her new single 'Next to Me' is now available free on SoundCloud and is definitely a reflection of her writing style. You’ll hear blues guitar by her talented guitarist Dean Tammam on the official version. Dias accompanies herself alone on piano for the stripped version.

A look at her Twitter account reveals she is a spiritual person and uses inspirational quotes to keep a positive frame of mind. Close this chapter of hurt, and never re-read it again. It's time to get what your life deserves and move on from the things that don't deserve you." inspires her to move on despite the fact that she may have also faced a number of hurdles or setbacks while on her musical journey.

Her love for music is clearly revealed when she says that she is inspired by the quote of Hans Christian Anderson who says "Where words fail, music speaks." Her readiness and willingness to take action for succeeding in her endeavors can be understood from her favorite quote and mantra "Great things are not done on impulse but by a series of small things brought together."

She avers that though she is not "the most talented singer or pianist" she is "the most driven". That is why she believes in the mantra "Practice, practice, practice." It is clear that her positive mindset, her faith, and her structured work ethic is what has gotten her success in the music business thus far.
