Every electrical and electronic item requires a circuit board. The circuit board is mainly used for processing electrical current or electrons. The industries require circuit manufacturing or wire bonding experts consistently. So, the team of circuit designer’s designs hybrid circuit made of thick film using various hybrid programs. The hybrid circuits are used for various industrial and commercial applications. They are used for wide variety of applications such as sensor technology, assembly of automobiles, and manufacturing medical equipments etc.

Process of manufacturing circuit board

The film circuit fabrication process takes place which includes process of metalizing, substrating, surface finishing, substrate processing, wire bonding, die attach circuit populating, etc. For circuit     fabrication, metalizing is done in various layers namely single layer, multi layer, and double sided layers and then plating, solid filling, edge plating, printed resistors and overglazing takes place. The process of surface finishing takes place by firing, lapping and polishing. By the process of substrate processing, laser scribing, laser machining, drilling and diamond saw-cutting takes place. They assemble the parts and components of circuit board by surface mounting, non-conductive and conductive epoxy. Then the process of wire bonding takes place by gold wedging, gold ball and aluminum wedge. The hybrid circuit manufacturer also performs product testing or measurement process by testing different factors such as physical dimensions, metallization adhesion, continuity, thickness, width, by different methods of pull testing and shear testing. The probability of burning, performance, environment, leak testing by using fluid is also tested. Then different ceramic based circuits are manufactured from schematic and conversion from PCB. The types of circuits manufactured are high density circuits, high speed circuits, high temperature circuits, circuit of high voltage etc.

Design guidelines
The circuit designers in New Jersey are engaged in designing work also. It involves the process of circuit designing to designing layout. A layout is laid of the final package assembly. This process also involves documentation, delivery, testing or the final stage. The metals or materials that they purchase should be mined from non-conflicted areas. The process of substrating takes place by examining different factors such as conductor, resistor, parameter and vias are required. Different factors of the conductor are examined such as the line width, thickness, alignment, etc. The space, line, width and overlap factor of the resistor is examined. The minimum, maximum, value, multiple resistor, typical tolerance, value, minimum chip size is examined.

Two main processes are involved in manufacturing of circuit board namely planning and execution of design, examining the materials, and actual manufacturing process such as substrate processing, wedging, etc.
