Barrackpore Trunk Road in short BT Road is one of the oldest four-lane roads in Kolkata. This road serves and connects some of hot locations like Shyambazar, Belghoria, Agarpara, Titagarh, Khardah, Dunlop and many more. Earlier this area used to be congested with traffic jams and crowded marketplace. People used to say that this area is one of the downmarket for residential flats and other properties. If we look around 5 years back this place was a no go and no stay area for some of the potential home buyers. All the buildings are being constructed in a new way, now they are being built amidst the presence of green nature so that people can wake up in the morning by inhaling fresh air and listening to the sweet chirping of birds. The newly developed residential complexes include varieties of facilities like swimming pool, tennis & badminton courts, multi-cuisine restaurant, jogging tracks, cycling roads, clean side walkways, mini theatres, children’s park, spacious parking lots and many more.
The stretch from Dunlop to Khardah is becoming famous just like other premium locations in Kolkata. This stretch gives easy commute to the nearest domestic & international airport of Kolkata, big hospitals, IT hubs, and metro stations as well. The development of infrastructure and other residential projects are expanding in this area in an unprecedented rate, there will be hardly any issues of downside risks for home buyers now. But we have to keep in mind that early birds will get the opportunity of getting budget-friendly flats in these newly developed residential complexes, as we do not know when the price of these properties may rise faster than we can even imagine. People are trying to get their hands on pre-booking apartment for sale in Dunlop.

People will not have any issues traveling to different locations from their new homes. BT road has developed a lot and transportation has become any easy treat for everyone. Now traffic jams are not seen so much the way it used to be in the earlier days.
For further security and safety of the residents in real estate developers installed 24/7 CCTV surveillance cameras and posted security guards both outside and inside the project site. So that not a single intruder can get inside the premises without further permission.
Real estate developers have given their best in re-developing the lands of Kolkata in a unique way by delivering luxurious and spacious flats, comfortable facilities and proper security. They are indeed trying to expand the boundaries of Kolkata in a new and definite way.
