Just one month after wearing a completely transparent dress to the CFDA Awards in NYC on June 2, the “Birthday Cake” singer donned another sheer ensemble! Her Meadham Kirchhoff dress was a daring choice for the star that always keeps things interesting!

Nothing says, “Happy Birthday America,” quite like a sheer slip dress — and RiRi pulled off the get-up like only she can. The bright red dress featured intricate embroidering of stars and bats as well as sheer paneling. The jagged hemline highlighted her toned legs and matching ankle-strap Manolo Blahnik sandals. Red lips, orange shades, and subtle jewelry byDelfina Delettrez and MALA by Patty Rodriguez completed the look.
