The cable then goes to the pulley, which is attached to the bracket on the wall. The cable is threaded inside the pulley. Then it connects to the hook on the bracket, which is attached to the air track. The location of the hook may need to be adjusted.

It's possible you had to loosen the cable clip at the hook. Tighten the cable and adjust the hook so that the spring is high but not under tension. Install the safety cables.
