The award designations appear next to the resort name on RCI.com. Let us briefly explain the three award designations:

RCI Gold Crown Award

RCI Gold Crown award is the highest of the three award designations. This award is only designated to the resorts which have met the ‘exceeded specific’ standards in the areas of unit maintenance, unit housekeeping, check in and check out procedures, and hospitality. The resorts scrutinized for this award are also evaluated on services, resort amenities, and resort facilities.

RCI Silver Crown Award

Resorts that have attainedhigh standards in providing outstanding vacation experiences for the guests are eligible to receive the RCI Silver Crown Resort award. This award is designated for the resorts that have complied with or have exceeded specific standards in the areas of unit maintenance, unit housekeeping, check in and check out procedures, and hospitality.

The RCI Hospitality Award

The RCI Hospitality Award is presented to the resorts which exhibit consistently high ratings in the check-in/check-out and hospitality categories.
