Dr. Hu graduated from the UCSF School of Dentistry with OKU scholarship (from the National Dental Honor Society). She is also trained as a DMD and Prosthodontist from West China College of Stomatology - one of the top dental schools in China. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Hu conducted cancer research at MD Anderson Cancer Center and published several research papers in well-renowned national and international journals.

Dr. Hu is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). The AGD is a professional association of general dentists from Canada and the United States. Dr. Hu has been continuously selected as America’s Top Dentist by Consumers’ Research Council of America since 2014.
