Mr. Tony Rocha's ambitious vision for Bux4Real.com has been met with low confidence from members of the site, prompting the recent change of ownership

06.23.2011– Highly respected Twitter celebrity and internet marketing entrepreneur Tony Rocha has sold the popular Bux website Bux4Real.com last month (May 2011) and is moving forward with new projects. Bux4Real.com was Mr. Rocha's attempt at legitimizing a market which is riddled with scams, leaving member morale low and trust difficult to earn. Although Bux4Real.com became a successful, high-traffic site in a short period of time, Mr. Rocha has acknowledged the challenges of gaining trust from members, as well as establishing a new and improved brand from the countless scams on other sites.

Despite his initial enthusiasm for the project, Mr. Rocha's vision for Bux4Real.com has changed significantly since it launched. Many different approaches were taken in order to make the site a success, but due to a lack of confidence from suspicious members, this goal became impossible. Mr. Rocha is CEO of the internet marketing company Casetronyx, Inc. and owns over 70 websites, though NDAs prevent him from revealing the names of buyers or other parties involved in the sites he runs. This also applies to Bux4Real.com, which has been sold to a private party who's name cannot be shared. Mr. Rocha has expressed concern in response to harassment and false allegations as a result of the changes taking place at Bux4Real.com.

In response to members who have wrongly accused Mr. Rocha of being involved in a scam, he has said:

"Some of the ads on the site are mine, this is true. However, it's important that members understand that the presence of my ads on the site are simply part of the payment arrangement between myself and the buyer of the site. This in no way implies that I am still involved in operating or maintaining the site, since it is under entirely new ownership."

After Bux4Real.com launched, Mr. Rocha was responsible for paying members of the site and did so out of his own pocket. At this time, all payouts have been issued to those members who used the site during the time that Mr. Rocha was the owner. From this time forward, Mr. Rocha will no longer maintain the site or be responsible for payments. He has agreed that even an experienced entrepreneur with a strong marketing background faces a serious challenge in this niche, since many members have been the victim of a scam at one time or another. Their skepticism and quick accusations have prompted Mr. Rocha to move forward and leave Bux4Real.com behind.

In closing to this announcement, he added:

"I have never scammed anyone in my life, and I have no plans to start now...my goal with this site was to revolutionize an industry that is dominated by scammers, and the results were very eye-opening. I had not expected such quick criticism and the total lack of trust. Despite my best efforts, I am done with this project and do not need the harassment any longer."
