Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme – A boon from Raheja’s

Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme is a venture of Raheja Properties. The residential complex is located on Gurgaon-Sohna Road, Sohna, Gurgaon in Sector – 14. It is situated at drive of 20 minutes from Gurgaon on the Gurgaon-Sohna Road.

The connectivity to the location is a major reason for getting a unit in this complex. This campus is coming up adjacent to Raheja Aranya, which happens to be one of the biggest townships in this region. The last type 3 of 2 BHK measures 452.33 square feet + balcony with 57.74 square feet of aggregated area. All the apartments come with a two-wheeler parking lot in the complex. The price of these residences starts from Rs. 15.24 lakhs (approximately) and goes up to Rs. 23.56 lakhs(approximately). The booking amount has been set as 5%of the total cost of the flat by the builder.

The developers are providing a 2000 square feet community hall for all the socializing and parties and an Anganwadi and/or crèche of 2000 square feet. There will not be any maintenance fee for 5 years.

Raheja Krishna Housing Scheme is a township where the apartments are given to the applicants based on draw of lots. The draw of lots will be done in the presence of a committee consisting of Deputy Commissioner or his representative(belonging to HaryanaCivil Services cadre at least), Senior Town Planner (Circle Office), DTP of the concerned district and the representative of colonizer concerned. There is a condition that the applicant can apply only once whether it includes only self or spouse or dependent children.
