Protect Your Blog against Hackers

Our blog is one of the most important things in generating SEO of our websites. Through this way, we can communicate our visitors as well as share our passion and can even make our income. But there are some people who do not feel the same as there are hackers who want to take our blog and use it for their profit by spamming the ad-filled posts on the blog or for criminal purposes.

If our blog is taken over by the hacker, we can lose our blog as well as some of our readership and reputation. Here are some few tips through which we can save our blogs:

Backups: This is the most important step for Professional Web Design. At the time of planning on making any changes, we should make sure that we have backup of entire database. We can do this manually or use an available plug-in. There is backup buddy that backs up our entire word press blog along with the images, files and whatever stuff we have on the blog.

Updating word press version: After backing up our blog, the second most important step is to update it to the latest version. We must make sure that the version of our blog is up to date. We should follow wordpress feed in order to find out the latest updates or we can login to our admin.

Change of passwords or logins: We as well as hackers know that the default login of word press is “admin” by most Web Development Company Jaipur. So we should change this to something else which would be difficult to guess for hackers. But the best thing is to delete the default admin and create a new custom login. We should use those passwords which use upper or lower keys and numbers and symbols.

Security software: our computer is linked to our blog and we can do nothing to change that. If our computer is attacked, then our blog must be attacked as well. So we should have security towards software as any saved passwords on our device could be stolen and used for gaining the access to our blog.
