Process for BITSAT 2016 Slot Booking

Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) will conduct BITSAT 2016 from 14 to 28 May 2016. The application procedure for the exam will end on 5 March 2016 and from 21 March 2016, the slot booking window will become functional. All the applicants who wish to write the exam must book a slot for themselves. Without doing BITSAT 2016 slot booking, the admit card will not be issued to the candidates.

The slot booking could only be done online, from the official website and candidates will not have the opportunity to do so via offline mediums. In it, candidates will have to book a date on which they wish to write the exam, at a particular center. The booking will be done on the first-cum-first basis. Hence, it is advised that candidates book a slot, as soon as the facility starts.

The procedure to do slot booking of BITSAT 2016 is as below

• Login the BITSAT Slot Booking 2016 system by entering application id, gender, and date of birth.
• Select test center and click on ‘Continue’
• Next candidates will have to book test date, on which they wish to give the exam.
• After selecting the date, candidates will have to book a slot and click on confirm booking.

After confirming the booking, selected BITSAT slot will be booked for the candidates. It should be noted that there will be three slots for BITSAT 2016, which will be as below:

• 8:00 am to 11:30 am
• 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm
• 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Candidates who will book a slot will be able to download admit card from 20 April 2016. The admit card can be downloaded by entering application id and password. The last date to download it is 30 April 2016. Without it, candidates will not be allowed to write the exam.

The BITSAT 2016 is a national level exam which is conducted for admission into BITS Pilani, BITS Goa and BITS Hyderabad. The exam is conducted by the Pilani institute but admission is granted in all the campuses. The admission of the candidates will be done on the basis of score in BITSAT 2016 only. However, the admission of board toppers will be direct and they do not need to write the exam.
