Procedure to fill SSC SI 2015 Application Form

SSC SI 2015 Application Form- Information at a Glance
Staff Selection Commission has provided various mediums for the candidates to fill up SSC SI 2015 application form. Aspirants can fill up application form in online as well as in offline mode. Both of the modes are explained below in detail.
I. Online Mode
Candidates desirous of submitting online application form must follow the below mentioned procedure.
- Firstly, log on to www.ssconline.nic.in.
- Click on the specified link.
- Fill in all the necessary details in the application form.
- Examine all the details before submitting it.
- Click on the submit option.
Parts of SSC SI Online Application Form
SSC SI online application form is divided into two parts namely -
Part I- Here, candidates have to give information on name, email id, address, phone number, category, education, subject code , date of birth and age relaxation.
Part II- This part includes payment of application fee ,uploading of scanned image of photograph and signature.
II Offline Mode
To fill the application form in offline mode, aspirants can download it from the official website of Staff Selection Commission. After filling up the form, candidates need to send it to the address mentioned in the official website.
Instructions to fill application form in offline mode
- Candidates must fill the application form in neat handwriting. No overwriting or cutting should be done in application form.
- Fill the form with blue/black ball point pen only.
- Cleanly filled application form must be submitted by the candidate before the last date. SSC will not be responsible for any delay in receiving application form due to post services.
SSC SI 2015 Application Form- Mode of Payment
1. Offline Application Form- Fee Payment
Candidates who have filled the application form in offline mode, must pay Rs.100 by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps”. Aspirants can obtain this stamp from all post offices of the country. They are required to paste the stamp on the application form in the provided space and then get it cancelled from the counter of post office with date stamp. Once the cancellation is done, submit the application form to the regional office/sub office of the commission.
3. Online Application Form- Fee Payment
Incase of online application form, candidates have to deposit Rs. 100 through State Bank of India either in the form of challan or net banking.
Please Note- Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe or Ex-servicemen are exempted from fee payment.
All those candidates who have completed the application form in all respects will be issued admit card by the Staff Selection Commission. The examination authority will dispatch admit cards to all the candidates individually to their registered communication address through postal service. However, candidates must note that if they will not be able to receive admit cards at their address due to delay , they can download the same from the official website.
